This Limited Warranty applies to all 2025 models.
YOU MUST SEND US A COMPLETED WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM (ORIGINAL OWNER WILL FIND THIS FORM ATTACHED TO THE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN)
In order to validate this Limited Warranty, the completed warranty registration form which is attached to the Certificate of Origin must be postmarked and mailed to the address listed below no later than 14 days following the purchase of your Top Hat trailer. If the completed warranty registration form is not postmarked by the fourteenth day after purchase of the trailer, all express warranties contained in this limited warranty shall be null and void.

Within five (5) days after discovering a problem with your Top Hat trailer, return your trailer for inspection to your Top Hat Industries, Inc. dealer where you bought your trailer. If your dealer cannot repair the problem free of charge and you want to file a claim under this Limited Warranty, your local dealer must submit a claim to Top Hat Industries, Inc. within ten (10) days of your discovery of the defect. Dealer must follow Top Hat Industries, Inc.'s claim submission protocol and submit all required information via email, verbally, or online.
Any defective part(s) must be sent by prepaid freight to Top Hat Industries, Inc. in order to qualify for replacement or reimbursement under this Limited Warranty. Any defective parts must be returned to Top Hat Industries, Inc. within thirty (30) days from date of approval to qualify for reimbursement or part replacement.

Top Hat Industries, Inc. will not reimburse any claimant for any adjustment or repair of a Top Hat trailer without prior written approval by Top Hat Industries, Inc.

Top Hat Industries, Inc. reserves the right to not pay unreasonable costs for replacement or repair of defects in Top Hat trailers and may, at Top Hat Industries, Inc.'s discretion, establish a reasonable reimbursement for any authorized work performed under the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Top Hat Industries, Inc. makes no other express or implied warranties and there are no other warranties which extend beyond the description on the face of this limited warranty.
